Brad Smith's NES version of Desert Golfing: one hole after another across endless desert dunes, with the aim of as few strokes as possible.

Every hole is different. One to four players can play, and the SNES Mouse works as well as the pad.

Smith (rainwarrior) released it on 31 January 2019. A Tournament Edition, where everyone plays the same courses from a chosen seed, was later folded into the main ROM and is opened from the help menu. A Famicom Disk System port and a SNES version, sNESert Golfing (October 2022), followed. The source is on GitHub.

How to play

Controls: Hold A to start the swing, aim with the D-pad and release A to hit. Hold B for finer aim. With a mouse, hold the left button, drag and release; the right button gives fine control.
