The Maniac has taken McDanielson's wife Kira hostage, and McDanielson has to go back through the complex to rescue her.

The Maniac wants to turn Kira into one of his zombie slaves. You explore dark corridors with three hearts, reading signs for hints along the way. It is a survival horror platformer.

T-bone#1 made it with NESmaker as a sequel to Deth Complex and released an instruction manual in September 2022. Speedrun.com has an any% board, where the top run was about eight and a half minutes.
