Dikki Painguin in TKO for the Third Reich is a side-scrolling platformer about a small blue penguin, made in April 2004 by Allan Blomquist and Neil Druckmann.

The only stage is on top of a moving freight train under a burning skyline, with gaps, flames and chains to get past, and several scrolling layers. A 2004 forum reviewer called it really a demo with some promise, and another player said it had a Ninja Gaiden feel.

Druckmann and Blomquist made it while Druckmann was studying at Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center; it is listed on Bob Rost's NES course page. Druckmann later joined Naughty Dog and became known for Uncharted and The Last of Us.
