Pubby's hard puzzle game: Ralph the dwarf climbs the 20 floors of the Evil Bear Lair to overthrow the bear monarchy.

On each floor you grab the key and reach the door. Bears and spinning koalas patrol the rooms, and touching one sends you back to the start of the floor. A timer and a death counter run the whole time.

Pubby made it as a sequel to Ralph 1, the author's first game, made in GameMaker in 2004, and posted it with its source on the NESdev forum. MovieMovies1 later added music and sound, and a final version followed. Forum testers found it very hard, and one suggested an easier mode with slower koalas. It is on Action 53 Volume 3.
