The Wizard: Story Unknown, a tribute to classic platformers starring a small wizard in a green hat.

The apprentice Timothy sets out to avenge his master Magnus, killed by the evil mage Mortus. The developers call it a one-life game, hard but not frustrating, with no continues or passwords. There is a shop.

It won first place at the RetroKomp GameDev Competition 2015 in Gdańsk, Poland. The first version was made by one person and was not final; in version 1.00 the final boss is unfinished, and more people joined the team after the competition.

How to play

Controls: The D-pad moves, A jumps, B casts magic. In the shop the D-pad chooses and A buys.
