NovaSquirrel's arcade platformer for one or two players, in which stick-figure gunmen fight back to back against waves of enemies on floating platforms.

Each of the 52 levels sets a goal, such as defeating a number of enemies, collecting dollars or surviving for a while, and there are more than 25 enemy types. There are Original, Co-op, Score and Fight modes, two difficulties, optional power-ups and a level editor, Level Studio.

NovaSquirrel made it as the sequel to Forehead Block Guy, his entry in the 2011 NESdev competition. It appeared on Double Action 53 (Action 53 Volume 2) in November 2014 and is a bonus game in Nova the Squirrel.
